Customer Profile

I need to create customer profile that will print on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. This will include contact info, spouse, donation by year and last donation date/amount, purchase history, past conversations, and note section for writing.

Does anyone know how to do this? Would this be search based or can I do this by setting up a dashboard full of this information and then print?

Any ideas would be helpful.
