Helm with Event Tracking

Hi,

I'm looking for some useful suggestions on how I might best do the following:

We develop a software product and offer an online demo as well as a 30-day trial.  When someone wants to get hold of either we make them fill out a form so we can capture the lead in NetSuite and then follow up with them with automated emails.

At this point we've been logging the lead in NetSuite but handling the tracking of who's viewd the demo or using the trial externally as well as sending the follow up emails via an external system.

So I'm looking for the best way to moving all this into NetSuite.  And the thing I'm wondering right now is how best to track the demo views and trial requests.
