Perhaps a silly question - create a customer from a new e-mail

Just starting with Outloo integration, and our initial tests we took a new e-mail we received from a lead that is not yet in Netsuite.

We want to create a new lead (i.e. customer) when saving the e-mail to Netsuite.  However, from the looks of the forms that are presented, we can only create a contact.  We went through that process and logged into Netsuite, and sure enough, a simple contact record was created.   How do we create a lead from the email?
