Contact Fields - Not Mandatory in NetSuite, but are when Synchronized with Outlook
Hi all,
I will start with my disclaimer that I am new to NetSuite and particularly new to integrating it with Outlook - so sorry if I am asking something stupid.
I have recently setup for NetSuite for Outlook to synchronize contacts that are in NetSuite. I have set this up so that they synchronize to a new subfolder under my main contacts folder in Outlook (so that I keep them separate from general, inc personal contacts).
All the contacts in question are in NetSuite and all works within NetSuite.
When I go to synchronize with Outlook I get errors indicating that some required fields (eg job title, mobile phone number, etc, etc) are missing.
