Deprecation of Delete All Data Option

Deprecation of Delete All Data Option
In the December 7, 2017 E-fix, Delete All Data (DAD) functionality was deprecated and not available to use in sandbox or production accounts. The Delete All Data option will be permanently removed from the menu in all account types.

The purpose of the Delete All Data option was to erase data from an account, clean up a broken account, or re-initialize an account. New customers use Delete All Data to delete any sample data before entering their own data. Since the DAD item often led to a blocked account, we are introducing a new process where a new account is created and the old one is removed. With the new process, the old account can be used until a new one is created.
