Setting up Budget Alerts
<p>In order to set up a Budget Alert, you will need to:<br/><br/>1. Enter a budget money amount and/or budget hours figure on the "Edit project" form for each project.<br/><br/>2. Navigate to: Projects > Alerts > Create > Budget Alert and configure the days and time for the alert to run. Note that times are in U.S. Eastern Time.<br/><br/>3.A Select the rule conditions. <br/><br/>a. Approved hrs reach % of the budget hrs<br/><br/>>> Approved hours come from Timesheets. Budget hours come from the "Edit project" form.A Note that you can exclude hours from tasks that have been marked non-billable, if you choose.<br/><br/>b.
