Sharing reports with filter sets
<p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: navy;">I am trying to share a report with my users to make sure that they can only see their assignments/bookings/timesheet hours. What’s the best procedure? I am sending those reports via email and it’s showing the same information for everyone.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: navy;">You should save and share the report with a “Myself” filter set, so that it works correctly if the user goes to Reports > Saved reports > Shared reports, and clicks the icon to run the report directly from this view.
