geting TRANS_FORGN_CUR_UNBALNCD error

Hi,

While sending the sales order data to netsuite, we are seeing this failing due to TRANS_FORGN_CUR_UNBALNCD  error.
I am pasting the soap, I have masked some data as 00000 & XXXX.
