Netsuite Emails getting undelivered due to Spam filtering
Was wondering if anybody out there has experienced the following problem, and what steps they have taken to resolve it.
The scenario is as follows:
Sales Staff use Netsuite to send individual emails to Customers (directly from the customer record, not mass merge/campaign). However it seems that a minority of customers never receive the email message sent to them, as what occurs is that their spam filtering service intercepts the message and prevents it getting through.
As said above this is only occurring with a minority of customer, and as such finding the trigger that is causing the message to be filtered is proving very difficult to pinpoint. Anyone else experienced similar problems with SPAM Filtering?
