Q: What do I need in order to register in the NetSuite Support Community?
A: Create an Oracle Community profile and Register on the NetSuite Support Community. An active NetSuite Account Number is required. (NetSuite Support Community Registration Process)
Q: As a NetSuite employee, can I answer questions or join discussions in the community?
A: Yes. First, register in the NetSuite Community. Once registration is approved by the Community Administrator, you can start to post questions/discussions, share knowledge with the community members.
Q: Will I get points or credits when I participate in the community?
A: Yes. There are corresponding points and badges for activities in the community.
