This notice is intended for NetSuite accounts using Refinitiv (formerly known as Thomson Reuters) as the exchange rate provider for Currency Exchange Rate Integration.
What Is Changing
You must accept the updated Terms of Service for currency exchange rates through the NetSuite Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature. The updated Terms of Service became available in your account with the November e-fix.
Required Action
You have until the December e-fix, targeted to be available in production on December 10, 2020, to accept the updated Terms of Service or change exchange rate providers. As of November 30, 2020, the updated Terms of Service have not been accepted or rejected.
If you do not accept the Terms of Service or change exchange rate providers, the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature will be disabled in your account with the December e-fix. For current e-fix schedules, see e-Fix Release Notification, SuiteAnswer ID: 34424.
The following pages include a link to the Terms of Service in a banner at the top of the page for those whose roles include the Enable Features permission. The navigation paths provided are for administrators and the Classic Interface.

After you accept or reject the updated Terms of Service, the notification banners on these pages are removed.
