Reminder: Action Required on Terms of Service for Currency Exchange Rate Integration

This notice is intended for NetSuite accounts using Refinitiv (formerly known as Thomson Reuters) as the exchange rate provider for Currency Exchange Rate Integration.

What Is Changing

You must accept the updated Terms of Service for currency exchange rates through the NetSuite Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature. The updated Terms of Service became available in your account with the November e-fix.

Required Action

You have until the December e-fix, targeted to be available in production on December 10, 2020, to accept the updated Terms of Service or change exchange rate providers. As of November 30, 2020, the updated Terms of Service have not been accepted or rejected.
