Reminder: Inbound Single Sign-on Feature Deprecation

This notice is intended for customers who are still using the NetSuite proprietary Inbound Single Sign-on (SSO) feature to access the NetSuite application or to access your web store. The Inbound SSO feature will stop working when your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2021.1.

Required Actions

You must migrate to an alternative solution before the 2021.1 release. The release phases are targeted to occur between February and April of 2021. Time is short to adopt alternative solutions.

   • OpenID Connect (OIDC) Single Sign-on, SuiteAnswers ID 86974 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) Access to Web Store
