Rescheduled: 24-hour IP Address Test for Your Sandbox Account

This notice is intended for EU and NA customers that use IP address-based rules in your sandbox accounts. The 24-hour test window was targeted for your sandbox account on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 did not occur as planned. The test was intended to help you identify remote services that were dependent on third-party IP address-based rules to restrict access.

We have rescheduled the 24-hour test for Wednesday, March 3, 2021 to help you identify outbound connections that use IP address-based rules to restrict remote access.

The owner of a service (you or a third-party partner) may use IP address-based rules to control access from your NetSuite sandbox account. NetSuite IP addresses are dynamic and can change at any time. You may not have noticed this in the past, but now it is much more likely that your account will be affected by the dynamic nature of NetSuite IP addresses.
