Can we disable password expiration policy for certain (integration) users?

We have some integrations still using email/password authentication (devs could not get the token authentication to work). For enhanced security I put a password expiration policy (180 days). I saw an old post from 2011 asking to vote for an enhancement about this (let web services users keep their passwords). I was wondering if there is something like this in place.
