Summary total for the filtered bookings
We received multiple complaints from the users indicating Resource Planner utilization totalling issues. We found out that when users filter the reources there is no summary total for the filtered bookings. It is only showing the complete totals for the utilization.
I checked with the support and found out that enhancement 420059 was created in 2016 for the same issue. It has been almost six years. Unfortunately, it did not get the Product development priority. Since we are using 2 Planner boards and resource managers and the Client Services team is looking for resources using the planner board, this is an important item to resolve. Just wondering anyone else is having the same issue and are there any alternative steps to avoid this issue.
