NSC | Printing Custom Segments from SuiteSuccess Bundle using Advanced PDF/HTML Templates

In order to print fields on the Advanced PDF/HTML Template, Internal IDs should be added on the template and these are listed on the Records Browser. The Internal IDs for Custom Segments from SuiteSuccess Bundle are not listed on the Records Browser.


In order to do this, below are the steps we must do:

1. Open the Custom Segment 

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Custom Segments

2. Preferred Custom Segment: Click View

Example: Branch

3. Click Application & Sourcing

4. Click Transactions

§ Field ID: Take note of the value

Example: custbody_cseg_npo_grant 

2. Update Advanced PDF/HTML Template

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDF/HTML Templates
