NSC | Disable the Best Offer in SuitePromotions

The customer would like to override the "Best Offer" functionality in NetSuite for certain promotions.

In this scenario, their company would like to give another discount to their employees on top of the promotion being automatically applied in the system. If the Best Offer is automatically applied, it will not allow their employees to enter the second discount code to get another promotion.

When the Automatically Apply Promotions checkbox is enabled, NetSuite automatically applies the combination of promotions that provide the greatest discount possible to the eligible customer or employee.

Whenever promotions are added automatically or manually, it is important to consider if the promotions can be combined. When you have promotions that require a customer to provide a coupon code at the point of sale to be eligible for that promotion’s discount. By manually adding promotions, you can assure that you have full control over the discount offered to your consumers and that they will always be able to take advantage of the greatest deal available.
