NSC | Preferred Picking Ticket Template Not Being Printed
To print the preferred print template of the record, users need to also customize the Custom Form in the record to configure the Print template used by the form. In this scenario, the preferred print template for Picking Tickets is still using the Basic Printing Layout instead of the preferred Advanced PDF/HTML Template when printing a Picking Ticket from the Sales Order. To solve this issue, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Edit the Sales Order
2. Navigate to Customize > Customize Form
3. Click Linked Forms
4. Configure the Picking Ticket field and set the preferred Print Template
5. Click Save
By doing the steps above, the Picking Ticket from the Sales Order will now print the preferred Advanced PDF/HTML Template configured in the Custom Form.
