New to NetSuite | Pricing 103: Pricing Group

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:42PM in Supply Chain Management

In the previously posted articles, New to NetSuite | Pricing 101: Price Levels and Pricing 102: Quantity Pricing were discussed. In this article, we will delve into another pricing topic which is the Item Pricing Group. We will explore its applications, how to set it up and highlight how users typically leverage on this feature.

Using the Pricing Group feature enables you to assign customer-specific price levels for groups of items. For example, if you are in the clothing industry you could create a pricing group called Winter Clothes and associate the pricing group with all your clothing suitable for Winter.

Rather than setting individual prices for each item, businesses can create groups that define pricing rules applicable to multiple items. This not only saves time but also ensures consistency and accuracy in pricing across various products.

Howdy, Stranger!
