Incorrect Exchange Rates for Hungarian Forint Currency Pairs

This notice is intended for customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from HSBC, one of our data providers.

What Has Changed

Due to an issue with HSBC, your NetSuite account may have received incorrect exchange rates for Hungarian forint (HUF) currency pairs on the following dates:

  • February 17, 2024
  • February 18, 2024

Recommended Actions

To ensure accuracy, we suggest that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account. You should review processes involving exchange rates that occurred on the dates listed above, including the following:
