File attachment option is missing in the customer center

Hi All,

We have created a custom record and checked the “Allow Attachment” checkbox, and we gave full access to our customer center role.

When we view this custom record from other roles, we can access the file attachment tab and attach files, but when we view it from the customer center role, the file attachment tab is not showing.

How do I attach files to the custom record from the customer center role?
