Case Management External Form E-fix for Anonymous Submissions
This notice applies to customers who use the NetSuite CRM Case Management external form feature to receive support requests or other inquiries from your customers.
What is Changing?
NetSuite will apply an e-fix to Case Management on April 11, 2024. The e-fix changes how we define the Author when a customer uses your external case form to submit a message without being logged in.
Because the author was not validated through login credentials, the message is considered to be an anonymous submission.
Previously when a message was received from an anonymous source, the external case form would populate the Author field with the company’s name or primary contact.
