Action Required: Replace links to internal URLs for online forms

edited May 7, 2024 1:20PM in Announcements

Some customers will receive this notification because we identified external links to an internal URL for an online form within your account. With the E-fix on May 9, 2024, an Internal Form URL of an online form will include a required hash parameter. Usage of the Internal Form URL without the hash parameter will work until June 3, 2024, after which we will start enforcing the use of URLs with the hash parameter. To avoid any errors with your forms, you must change the URLs used in your account or website.

What is Changing?

As part of our continuous effort to enhance the consistency and stability of our product, online forms will no longer be accessible by the internal URL without the hash parameter. With this update, links, such as on your website, an email, the Customer Center, or a template, will no longer work, and this could affect your site performance and communications.
