NSC | Warehouse Role Unable to view Fulfilled Sales Order in the User’s Dashboard

Scenario:

Although both users are assigned the same role, one of the users is still unable to view the Fulfilled Sales Order on her/his respective dashboard.

Solution:

In addition to the permissions outlined in NSC | Warehouse Role Unable to view Fulfilled Sales Order, navigate to the user's Home > Set Preferences > Appearance, and uncheck the box for 'Use Classic Interface'.

After saving the changes, the user should now see the default Center Tabs and Center Categories for the custom role assigned to the user.

Stay updated by following the Account Administration category to receive notifications whenever new articles are published.
