Important Changes in the Upcoming Release of Portugal Localization SuiteApp

edited May 13, 2024 3:19PM in Announcements

This notice applies to customers who are using the Portugal Localization SuiteApp (SuiteApp ID: com.netsuite.ptsaft). The process of transaction certification will change with the upcoming release of version 2.3.0 at the beginning of June 2024.

What is Changing?

Starting the beginning of June 2024, the process of transaction certification will change with the upcoming release of version 2.3.0. This version will introduce the following changes:

  • The transaction finalization feature, which is a new transaction certification step.
  • The Document Series field will no longer be required for the transaction creation. However, it will be a required field for the transaction finalization.
  • Unlike the previous transaction certification process, the new transaction finalization feature will not certify transactions automatically. You will click the new Finalize button on the transaction record.
