NSC | Missing File Drag and Drop in Specific Record

Scenario:

The File Drag and Drop is installed and can be found in NetSuite records like entities and some other transactions, but not in any of the Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry.

Solution:

To be able to edit and save the affected sales order successfully, see steps below:

1.Navigate to Setup > Customization > File Drag and Drop Setup > Record Types

2.Click New File Drag and Drop Record Type

3.Select and add the record that you want to apply the File Drag and Drop feature. In this scenario, add Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry.

4.Choose Target Folder
