NSC | How do I show the list of results even if there is one result only in Saved Searches?
When you run a Saved Search with one result only, you might encounter the behavior wherein it automatically redirects to the record instead of showing the list of results. In this article, we'll guide you on how to disable this feature and be able to view the list of results.
Solution:
Navigate to Home Icon > Set Preferences
On the Set Preferences page, navigate to the Analytics subtab and set the field below:
- Show List When Only One Result: Checked
Results:
Once done, the Saved Search should now display the list of results even if there is only one result as seen below:
