Action Required: Field Service Management 2024.06 Upgrade
This notice is intended for customers who are using NetSuite Field Service Management.
What is Changing?
All Field Service Management Production accounts will be upgraded to version 2024.06 starting July 22, 2024. Target upgrade windows will start outside of typical business hours based on your location, as outlined below:
Important: Field Service Management version 2024.06 includes updates on license tracking. In order for licenses to continue to function after the upgrade, you must ensure that your account successfully updates license information.
Required Actions
Before your account is upgraded on July 22, 2024 you should:
- Perform the pre-upgrade steps.
- Test in your Sandbox account.
Important: If you do not perform the pre-upgrade steps, you will be unable to access the Field Service Management Scheduler and Mobile application after your account is upgraded to version 2024.06.
