nlapiSetLineItemValue in beforeLoad hangs
I have a simple beforeLoad script on a transaction where I am trying to preset the items sublist with a specific item.
function beforeLoad(type) {
if ( type != 'create' ) { return; }
nlapiSetLineItemValue('item','item',1,596);
}
Problem is the form simply hangs for an inordinate amount of time (like 2 minutes or more). It eventually completes and the item is set but obviously can not wait this long for something to process. Is this a known issue or should I be inserting, commiting, or something else as well as the above?
Note: Tested this on both IE and Firefox with same results.
