updating customer record from the sales order or quote screen
Is there a way I can make fields in the sales order or quote forms that will report back to the customer record and update fields there?
For instance, if there is a field in the customer record we have created named "Number of Employees" that our people are filling out as they make calls to customers, can I put a corresponding field in the sales order/quote form that can be filled in and report that back to the customer record, this way we can fill in the info as we are taking orders and quotes without having to go back and forth to between tabs.
