Viewing Project Cases along with Customer Cases in a single view

edited Jan 3, 2020 1:16AM in Search / Reporting 6 comments

When we are entering cases, we sometimes enter them under the customer record and sometimes enter them under a project ID associated to the customer.

Because of this, we are unable to view all the cases entered for a particular customer.  Since standard NetSuite rolls up the cases to the entity entered on the case.

So when we look at a Customer Record-->Cases, we see a portion of the cases.  And then we need to go to the Project tab, select a project, then under that project I can view the cases.

Is there a way I can combine the Cases entered against the Customer ID and the Cases entered against a Customer Project ID into one view.

Howdy, Stranger!
