Under Lists > Relationships > Bounced Email Addresses, I find a large number of email addresses that apparently are not being sent to (for 90 days in our case). However, despite those emails being not being sent to, my most recent email blast reported an even larger number of bounces on the "# Bounced" field of the Statistics tab for the Marketing Campaign.

1) It seems questionable that we really have that many total bounces (those on the Bounced Email Addresses list + all the other bounces).
2) If these really are additional bounces, why are these other bounces not being moved over to the Bounced Email Addresses list? Is it because they are a different kind of "temporary" bounce as opposed to a permanent bounce type? And if that is the case, how many times does the temporary bounce need to occur before NetSuite realizes it is a permanent bounce and moves it to the Bounced Email Addresses list?
