Are the NetSuite developers answering questions?
I've asked quite a few questions on these forums in the last couple of months and I'm basically getting no response from the NetSuite developers. tchan and elham used to answer questions a fair amount, but not recently. Maybe I'm asking harder questions these days, but I think they're legitimate questions about features which are broken or are completely undocumented. I really don't know where else to turn.
I know I can create NetSuite cases, but I've honestly waited years for some really basic problems to get fixed.
NetSuite, I think SuiteTalk is a great tool for extending and integrating NetSuite, but we need some help with our problems.
