How to set up Split Commissions?
I am trying to set up a system to report split commissions, and I'm not sure which direction to go. Here are the three directions we're considering:
- We do not have the Netsuite module that might do this for us because we felt sure our situation was simple enough to avoid that cost, but we might be willing to go that route if nothing else will work.
- We've set up Team Selling, but we can't pull in the commission rate for each "sales team member" to use in the saved search that we use to report commissions. This is because a transaction saved search doesn't have a join from the Sales Team Member sublist to each of the members' employee records, where their commission rate is located (there is a Sales Rep join, but not one for the Sales Team sublist). Is there any way to accomplish this join?
