Available stock not committing
I posted this in reply to another ticket however thought it may be best to create a new separate request.
We have experienced a few occasions now where stock does not commit to an order despite being available.
For example item has 3 quantity available and order is for 2 quantity, however 0 committed to order.
We have manually committed stock via the 'Reallocate items'.
We know the stock is available because for one item the stock was received on 09/09 showing 300 available yet it did not commit to and order on 10/09
Is there any way we can find out what causes this?
