Hi John, yes I did. When I creating a sales order, only inventory items are shown as available, nor service or non-inventory item. Could it have to do with some kind of company set up? Thanks, Andrea

Actually, the Freight and Insurance item are set up as For Sale, but the inventory items have not that field to complete. Thanks! Andrea
