@Clarisa De Torres-Oracle Thanks for the reply. I'll try to accomplish this with Data-Flows and let you know how it goes.
-
Yep, seems to be working here too! Thanks for reporting it, @User_EPWHS
-
Same issue, manually adding an event as an administrator. Seems to be an issue.
-
Thanks @Nicole Mendoza-Oracle I saw that and figured that was going to be the answer, I'll vote for the enhancement. I did a workaround with a custom record and a script to keep the custom record updated. Thank you!!
-
@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle , Thank you, I'll vote for the enhancement!
-
Yep, seems better for us as well!
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle thanks for the information, I'll vote for the enhancement too. There isn't a way to summarize/group the results at the Dataset level, is there?
-
Thanks @Ivy Lopez-Oracle we are having issues with a couple different accounts and I'm sure that case you found was the one started by us. We will add this other account and see what we can find out. Thanks again.

Just to circle back, I added a sequence field to my custom sublist and created a script to set the sequence when the parent record is saved. So whatever order the user places the sublist lines in can be replicated outside of the parent record. Like in my case a saved search. I was just assuming that an ordered custom…

Thanks for the reply Pauline, my issue is sort of the opposite. At this point, I don't have any data field that I want my list ordered by. I have the sublist set to Ordered. Meaning the user can put the sublist lines in a specific order. I would then like the ability to display that custom sublist on a saved search in the…

Thanks for your prompt reply but I figured it out. The Records Browser was missing a some details about the line items that were important. I jumped on this too soon, Oh well, I'll be ready for next time. ?

Sure, thanks for your help. I do have an open case with Netsuite support and I found a Suite Answers Article that I hadn't seen before. Hopefully, I'm on the right track now. Here's the error.…

Thanks Ina, we saw that many of the GOM/GOE custom records are available in CSV import assistant, so we were hopeful that someone had found a way to import them.

Update: In case anyone is still wondering about this. Netsuite support has pointed me to article 27056. Which says that externalid is not accessible through web services. Apparently, the solution is to add a custom field source your externalid numbers into that custom field and then retrieve the desired data from the…
-
Actually, < Item : External ID > Just to be more precise.
-
Yes, my Results column says Item: externalid
-
I'm using TransactionSearchRowBasic and I then use the field(0).searchvalue to get the actual data returned in the search. When i look at the item(0).searchvalue.internalid i get the internalid of my inventory item but the externalid is not being returned(But it my items do have an externalid and it does show on the saved…
-
Thanks Keith, but I don't think that ssRowBasic.externalId(0) is referring to the externalId of the Inventory item on my sales order. I think it might be the external id of the "Sales Order Line" object. If that makes any sense.
-
I get (Identifier expected) message. The searchValue property shows the following properties available: externalId, internalId, name, type and typeSpecified. internalId seems to be the correct internal id but external is null.
-
I'm using vb.net just because I'm familiar with it already. I'm using the following to run my saved search: Dim MySearch = New TransactionSearchAdvanced MySearch.savedSearchId = "56" Dim Result As SearchResult = NSservice.search(MySearch) Dim ifRefs(Result.searchRowList.Length - 1) As RecordRef For i As Integer = 0 To…

Hey PL.John.Rosa, Did you ever get anywhere with this? Having same problem.
