Thanks Keith, but I don't think that ssRowBasic.externalId(0) is referring to the externalId of the Inventory item on my sales order. I think it might be the external id of the "Sales Order Line" object. If that makes any sense.

I get (Identifier expected) message. The searchValue property shows the following properties available: externalId, internalId, name, type and typeSpecified. internalId seems to be the correct internal id but external is null.
