I have discovered that the issues exists becuase the form is refreshed when the subsidiary changes becuase the subsdiary of the customer is different to the base subsidiary on the user. This is standard netsuite but does make my workflow not work so have moved to a script

I have tried to set the output to be a scheduled email, but when i click on save the report times out trying to save, as it is trying to display, and the changes are not saved, so havent yet worked out how to get the report to save so that it runs to a schedule

Yes i have that rule active which enables the users to select to pick partially packed orders, but it does mean they have to do that every time they access the pack station otherwise orders from backorder or where the full quantity on the sales order is not picked are hidden

I shifted the report to the transaction class an i can now get the project to display but not a direct link to the attachments, so leaving it as a drill in option for now
