Thanks Angie, we do plan to have yearly plans. With managerial schedules we are even considering 6 month plans, as those are the plans most problematic. We actually already started on the yearly plans, but we need to somehow stop the unending recalculations. I think our commission schedules are fine.
-
Hi, we want to redo the plans according to your best practices. However, we are stuck because we are unable to stop the old plans. They have been recalculating indefinitely. We need help (probably from the backend) to do this. Additionally, we are multi currency and recalculations are proviking thousands of commission…

Hi, we filed a case some months ago and today we received a message that they have detected the issue and have planned a fix. Also, with the new mobile version this week, the behaviour has improved. Thanks everyone!
-
Hi @Theo Cruz-Oracle , were you able to recreate this issue? David
-
9.4.0 (365)
-
Thanks Niks for the reply and the workarounds. However, we already have another software for MRO Inventory. We wanted to have it inside Netsuite, but unfortunately the functionality does not exists. Please let me know if this is in Netsuite's pipeline. David

Per suggested from a support case on this issue, I did a recalc on the schedule and it fixed it!
-
Thank you!

That is definitely an alternative. However, I regularly use the same filters in the Criteria and Available Filters Tab. Once you click "Use Expressions" this is not an option. I assume there is no way to use two or more values on the filters mentioned, or is there?
-
Thanks, but the type of field we are asking about do not have those options. How can we select two or more options with this type of filter?
-
Any comments?

I used a numerica formula: CASE WHEN {systemnotes.newvalue} LIKE '%Paid In Full%' OR {systemnotes.newvalue} LIKE '%Pagado por completo%' THEN 1 ELSE 0 END I set the formula: Equal to 1. My goal was to use the criteria of.. System Notes : New Value And only select that field is either 'Paid in Full' or 'Pagado por completo'…

Any update on this thread @Camille Cagalingan-Oracle ?

I have the same question (for another field, but same question) I solved this with a formula, but could it be done directly?

Thanks! At first glance I noted fewer votes than what I would expect. However, it seems that there are several SuiteIdeas that address a similar idea. Hope you can pass along this comment. These are just a few of them: 180254 - 62 votes 243503 - 52 votes 146332 - 49 votes 248864 - 38 votes Regards, David

Hi, What I mean is to filter the drop down list to certain values: Sales Team Member shows all active employees. I would like to only show employees with a specific Sales Role. I mean the filter to be filtered according to certain conditions: (sorry for the ugly lines, to not show the names) David
-
We use Sales Teams because our transactions are usually assigned to two Sales Reps. I could use "Sales Role" for the Saved Searches. For example, I would like the employee filter to only show in the dropdown the list of employees with the Sales Role of : 'Sales Person' And if additionally I have the employee location…

Usually it is: Invoice, Credit Memo and Cash Sale.

Thanks Ivy for the quick reply! This does answer my question. Makes sense.

That is not our case. Our case is that we have a bit less in inventory than what is needed. Lets say we have in inventory (lot numbered item): 20.50 kgs, but we need to do an item fulfillment for 20.5014. (that is 0.0014 kgs extra) Is there a way to do so? Our item fulfillment is through SuiteScripts, since we actively…

Hi Shamie, any update on this? David
-
Thanks Shamie! For some reason I do not get the field Reference Payment under Sales Transaction. I thought it could be the language but I already tried all the English options. Is there an option that I should enable to see that field?
-
Any update on this topic?
-
Thanks Michelle for the answer. We were trying to avoid sending to Excel, but might be the only option to filter that info out. David
-
Thank you so much! This is the filter I will be using.
-
Hi Michelle, I think you were not able to replicate because the Actual column is empty in your case. Try it with data in the Actual column. David
-
Hi Shamaine, First of all thanks for the great insights on the saved search to get data related to received and billed quantity. About expired status message, I meant it worked on the transaction... but it did not solve our issue as I did not find a way to use that status on a saved search. Is there a way to filter out…
-
Hi Michelle, any update on this topic? We need a simple quota vs actual report where quota exists. For a manager to filter each time by a sales rep is inefficient. I believe there might be a bug in the quota reports, because the quota filters instead of working for the whole line, only works for the column. I will show you…

Any update on how to track only open Blanket Purchase Orders?
-
Thanks Shamaine! I have tested and the expired status worked. One idea we had was to set closed orders to status Expired and based on this filter lists and saved searches. However, Expired orders still appear as Approved. So it does not work as a filter in our lists or saved searches. This is the reason we added a checkbox…
