@Kristoffer Viray-Oracle, You are right, there is another custom script we created that seems to be te problem. If I disable the deployment of this other script, the link remains after F5. We will look into this en will report back here once we have found the solution.

The problem here is that with the current version of Smart Count the 'Last Inventory Count Date' field will only be updated when you use the standard 'Count Configuration'. Any use of a custom configuration/saved search will break this functionality.

Hello @Niks Blando-Oracle, Thank you for the suggestion, but I need the Saved Search. This is because I need these fields to create a Saved Item Search so I can use this Saved Search for generating a Task List in Smart Count through a Count Configuration.

Conclusion of Support Case #: 5093724: The saved search that is used to generate the Task List cannot include more than 1000 items.

Hello @Niks Blando-Oracle, The 'Location Last Inventory Count Date' is the wrong field; this is not te field from the Smart Count bundle, but the standard NetSuite field. The value in this field isn't usable. So it seems that the 'Last Inventory Count Date' field from Smart Count is also not available.
