Hi @Nickey , Oh right I went straight ahead to the workaround. I must be tired. Anyways... Currently there's no preference that will add "ALL" as an option in every list in NetSuite, but good observation tho. Could be a valid enhancement request.

Hi @Nickey , This can be controlled under Home -> Set Preferences -> General tab -> Optimizing NetSuite section -> NUMBER OF ROWS IN LIST SEGMENT Looks like your current segment size is 25. You may raise it to higher number example 500 to minimize the pages. Hope this helps. Best,

Look for Sales Order, and review the scripts/workflows deployed there to see if one of them is setting the field inline. or perhaps you are trying to edit an existing Sales Order? Hi @Kedalene , It will show you the Authorizer or user who approved the JE. 😊 So I pointed you to the sysnotes because there's no standard field that you can show on the JE form that displays the approver of the JE. Hi @Kedalene , Glad it worked! :) Based on the formula used on the search, we are looking for the user who triggered the "Approved For Posting" status for the JE. You shall find it under System Information tab -> System Notes sublist. On the sublist filter called Field, you may type in "Document Status".

Following this, in case there's new information. :) This is also how we are currently doing it and how our clients are processing these. If there's too many quotes to reprocess or if this task takes too much time and effort we normally recommend automating it via script/customization.
