Hello @✨Jeannie , Just following up on this: Thanks, Grace

hello, @Sivasubramaniam ! 🙂 Just following up in case you haven't seen my question: Thanks.
-
Hi @User_RG1MF , Do you still need my assistance on this? Have you already updated the script? Thanks, Grace
-
I see. On your Entry Form (entity records), you have fields under your sublist there that do not belong in tabs — such as Main, Accounting, etc. On your Transaction Form (transaction records), if you have custom fields under the sublists, it could either be hidden (not marked as checked) or in another subtab. To be able to…
-
Hi Scott, I meant the custom sublists or how you create those (not the subtab because once you create custom sublists and you did not set any tab such as main, etc., this will automatically be sorted in a subtab called "Custom") so that I can recreate on my end if this is possible in both the transaction & entry forms.…
-
@SWSearcy Under the transaction form/s, the Custom subtab is not under sublists. Could you show me how you create custom sublists on the entry form/s? So that I could check if this is possible to be synced with a transaction form. Thanks, Scott!
-
The Custom subtab will be available once the custom field isn't applied to any other subtabs (under sublists) Thanks, Grace
-
Hi @Brian Finlay , Angela's comment is correct. This is not applicable via a workflow. I hope this helps. Thanks, Angela.
-
hi @✨Jeannie , Could you please send a screenshot of this one below: Thanks, Grace
-
hi @SWSearcy , How many fields do you have under Custom subtab (under the Sublist subtab? Thanks, Grace
-
Hi @Sivasubramaniam Thanks for the response. Are you using a workflow for this?

@User_RG1MF , Upon checking, there is a workflow action script (it can be found under Before Record Submit): WA ATPO Apprvl Criteria ID: workflowaction154 You may check this under Customization > Scripts > Scripts > and then filter out to workflow action. Then, locate the name of the script. Thanks, Grace

Hi team, @User_RG1MF & @Angela Bayliss I apologise. I meant SuiteSolutions - Advanced Approval. I need to confirm to be able to check this so that we can see if there is a script that is responsible for hiding the Next Approver/s field on the Return Authorization record (edit mode). Thanks, Grace
-
Could you please go to Customization, Forms, Transaction Forms and then take a screenshot of the layout like this: Thanks @✨Jeannie !

Oh, so should your template be a basic template? Could you please provide a screenshot of this? @✨Jeannie Thanks, Grace

Hi @User_RG1MF , Do you have the SuiteApprovals bundle installed on your account? Could you please confirm because this might be the reason we're not able to see the option to change the Next Approver on the workflow. 🙂 Thanks, Grace

Hi @User_O0EYC , Have you tried running this and adding a state wherein once IF = English, THEN, proceed to the next state — and the next state would be "Send invoice email" to the customer (a test customer)? All the states would transition into the "Send invoice email" state with the IF, THEN condition. I'm not sure if…
