Hi Avinash, I used the below format for the expense file and I still get an error 'Invalid account reference key 66200 EVENTS : European Interchange Exp: 66240 Other Expense.' Here is the expense account detail.

I am trying to import vendor bills with two files. I keep getting error 'invalid account reference' for the expense line account. This is a subaccount. What account format do I need to use?

I tried entering a time for 10hrs and I did not see the notification. If this client script is putting the notification out it is not enabled for all users. Is there any other place where this script is linked to the user?

There is one script and workflow for the Time record. Client Scripts has a time entry restrictions

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle, Currently we do have any workflow implemented. I did not see an option to add documents and files permission to the custom employee center role. Do I need to enable some feature for this? I am guessing we are using the default process for approving bills. Currently CFO & Accountant roles can…

I have a few questions about this feature. Can we add more than one approver to a bill? How can we provide access to the approver any supporting documentation uploaded to files tab? Is there a way to restore the previous approval operation and use this feature?
