We are trying to hide the base price from our Outside Sales Team when they view the Mobile App.

Niks, When I added the Transaction Bin Numbers it did work correctly but the user was not happy with how the report was formatted with the Bin Number only at the top of the items in that bin and not beside the item name. He said he would just work with the orginal report. We can close this thread.

Just as a final comment. It doesn't look like there is a good solution for this question as I did try to clean it up using Length and Left functions to strip out the (qty) , unfortunately on many items it listed both stock locations and there is no good way fix that.

I dont see the option to add that field that he suggested under Inventory Item.

I ran the physical Inventory Worksheet report and when I customized it I added Bin Numbers column from Inventory Item Fields.

We should be able to close this question as the NetSuite ACS team is taking a look at our E merchant settings to see if the issue is there.

I did find a restriction where she has been setup with Customer Access but with a permission of None. I changed it to Edit and Customer # now shows as a link instead of text. Thanks for your help on this.

Once the Item Fulfillment process was done the invoice is now showing 0 in the Backordered column. Thank you for your help on this.

Dominica. I think you may have given me the answer on this. Looks like I need to check and make sure they did an Item Fulfillment. I will check on that and see if that fixes the problem.

I can also confirm that my users have the drag and drop ability back also.

I just found this under Setup , Company , Enable Features. Looks like it could have been a SuiteApps. Still new to NetSuite I am not sure the inner workings.

My users are also telling me that they lost the ability to drag and drop into Choose File and they were able to do this function before the latest release. Now you have to click on Choose File and then manually click on the file to attach. Are you sure there were no changes or settings that were changed by the release drop?

Are there any Global Permissions that need to be enabled so that the user can see the Item360 Subtab?

It looks like the Item360 subtab is enabled for the role I need to it to show up on but when I log in as that role or have the user log in as that role the Item360 Subtab is not there.
