Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thanks for your answer and your tests. I agree with what you did but the issue is not about the work calendar, the employee will have 40 hours a week but will be allocated/assigned to different projects. If I take your example, you'll be assigned to 50 hours on PF Test Project 7.5, but this task…

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle , Thanks for following up. A good example is for maintenance. Let say we have to quote for a 3 years contract for maintenance on customer's asset ABC. On our charge based project we create one non billable task for maintenance and a billable task for extra time/extra work. One fixed rule for the…

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thanks for your answer, it's appreciated. Since my first post, I indeed grew up a bit in the understanding of SuiteProject, but it is still painfull to do the job twice and missing (unless I'm mistaken) the link between allocation and time entries, which are based on assignements. A good example…

Sorry @Tristan85 , no help so far on that matter on my side. I was hoping 2021.1 brings nice things for the new called SuiteProject, but... :/
-
Hi @Ivy Lopez-Oracle , thanks for having tagged @Camille Cagalingan-Oracle, hopefully she will help ?
-
Hello @mushrush82 , We have the exact same need and I was wondering how you ended up doing please? Thanks for your help!
-
Hi @Martin Randall , Sorry for the mistake. I agree with you, the xml file .xls is not very pretty. It would need to be fully redesigned. Thanks for your feedbak!
-
Hi @PaulFleetwood , Did you check if it's a security setting within Intune?
-
Hooo @Pauline Joy Cac-Oracle , that may be the issue, you are right. I also tested in update mode and I found the internal ID :)
-
I would be curious to see on your instance ;) Can you send print-screens?
-
I'm surprised you don't have access to the internal ID in the custom record CSV upload mapping. Is it a custom record you've made? To update the external ID I do it via the console one by one if needed with nlapisubmitfield();
-
LinkedIn, Slack, Facebook, GlassDoor, etc... Which country, which region ?
-
Hi @Chance Fry , Did you try a saved search to see the current record internal id? Then you would have to manually match in excel. Is that work?
-
Hi @4255082 I don't believe we can have 2 templates in one. Actually I'm not sure I understand well why you would want having two templates in one bank detail? Do you mean that one bank can be paid with template SEPA or template DTAZV? I believe SEPA is the universal template for EU and DTAZV seems to be just for Germany.…

Thanks @Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle ! @Camille Cagalingan-Oracle would you have any idea on this one please? Thanks ?
-
Hello @Shamaine Chan-Oracle & @coffeeguy , Thanks a lot for your answer both. At the end, we chose to use the "gift certificate". We will see with the time if we made a good choice ;) Thanks again!
-
Hello @Shamaine Chan-Oracle & @Micah Timbol-Oracle, I was wondering if my information helped you to go further please? Thanks a lot!
-
Hi @Shamaine Chan-Oracle, thanks for your answer. I believe the word "Bank" from "Bank of hours" is confusing. See the "bank of hours" as a "prepaid package" for future use. It's a bit like a gift card I would say. An invoice is sent to the customer for the "prepaid package". The customers pays the "prepaid package" fully.…
-
Hey @Micah Timbol-Oracle Sure, no problem. Here the term "bank" is not the bank where you go for money ? I am not sure there is a correct translation for that. It's a prepayment from the customer for future orders (in plural). This amount of money is valuable for x number of years. After x years, the amount is not usable…

Thanks for the feedback @Jeannie_13902 ;)
-
Ho I see, so the users have to write themselve the dash ("-"). What about using the function REPLACE (REPLACE(char, search_string [, replacement_string ]) )? REPLACE('123-4567-8901-234-567','-')
-
Hi @JohnCirocco , What's the custom field type please?
-
I don't have the answer, sorry, but I am curious to know it too ;)
-
Hello @4333060 , If I well understand, you are updating a Sales Order by just removing a line item, is that correct ? Did this SalesOrder already fulfilled? Thanks!
-
@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle Canada in NOAM could be interested too ;)
-
Hi @Jeannie_13902 Does the SalesRep role is custom? Do the sales rep have access to customers (dummy question, but just to make sure) ? Thanks.
-
For our purchased items, we use the manufacturer's lot number. This makes it easier to communicate back in the event of a recall. For our manufactured items, we used a concatenation of the year + julian date + work order number. Year (2 digit) and julian date (3-digit) are based on the planned work order start date. This…

I see, you want a sum on the sums. I won't be helpful in this one sorry I feel that it's a "bug" from NetSuite here. I mean it's technically not a bug but it's indeed not helpful to add percents this way. I believe Excel would do the same thing. Maybe you would have to have two saved searches. There are some crazy formulas…
-
Hey Joseph, Not a perfect solution I will give you, but did you try with having a summary search first and if people want details they can drill down then ? (I did not test on my side). Good luck!
