Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Hi Micah, Thanks for your suggestion. I haven't tried it yet, but I think if we uncheck that option ("Include in reports"), the asset will be excluded in ALL reports (including ones for accounting method) I only want it to be excluded from Tax register, but it should still be present in accounting method. Hi Tigran, Thanks for your suggestion. I tried with your selection criteria, but bill items also were excluded from the results, therefore the report couldn't determine payment category (based on Bill Item G/L). The Paying Transaction fields link to Bill Main Line only, so if we use it as selection criteria, all bill items…

Hi Elychelle, Thanks for you help. It is a transaction saved search with the criteria as below: At first, we used "Date Closed" as a criteria but realised that if that bill is partially paid, then it is not closed yet, thus, its partial payment would not appear on the report. Then we changed to Payment date (Applying…

Hi Katerina, Thank you so much for your help. o(^.^)o Cheers, Phu

Hi Katerina, Thank you so much. It's perfect :D I can't set the field Parent Asset Value directly to "is none". It just has 2 options "any of" or "none of". So I set a formula (text) for field Parent Asset Value is not empty. Now the missing asset appears in our saved search and it matches with the "Depreciation Schedule…

Hi Katerina, We ran our saved search and compared against the standard reports - Asset Register or Asset Listing reports (generated via Generate Report tool). The variance between those two reports was due to the abovementioned asset, which was included in standard reports but not in the saved search. The main criteria of…
