Even we have the same problem, the difference is that we can't see anything on the screen except the template version. Can download the template code and edit it, not sure we can upload this again. please suggest another alternative approach if any.

System2 Netsuite is damn slow...but atleast we can view the content and can raise a support case too...!

via System2, you can't view/create/edit the records but via saved searches we can view the required information for now...!

Yes, there is a reference to an Image with an absolute URL. Will try using a relative Url and see. Thank you.

Thanks a bunch...Once i changed the Image reference with an absolute URL, it worked. Didn't realise to check the hardcoded Url's in my code until you pointed it.

Not sure what happening. Neither was able to log a support case nor we could get the support update via phone, we were waiting in the queue for past 20 mins.
