Hi Carol, Did you ever get anywhere with this? we are currently looking at setting something similar up and it would be great if you had any insights?

Yes we have the same thing happening. Very frustrating, did you find a way to enable those fields when editing payments?

User can set it in their preferences. Home -> set preferences -> Transactions. Its a button under printing options. Not sure about setting up company wide preferences.

Thanks all, may have to start looking at some scripting options. If anyone comes up with a easy work around I would be very keen to hear it. I have also voted for enhancement #111901 as I think this would save not just our organistion but most Netsuite users a great deal of time every month.

Not sure if im missing something, but we have something similar done through a sales report? Create a new sales report, have columns for sales rep, transaction total (revenue), est gross profit(line) and add a formula to calc percentage difference of X
