Thank you, let's close this thread then :)

That's it, thank you!

I don't think the system behaviour is normal. So what's then the point of having one vendor in multiple subsidiaries? You should be able to pay any bill via EFT as long as there is a bank payment detail in vendor record for that subsidiary and that is not what is happening. We can only set up a primary record and the…

Thank you, I think I have enough to proceed with. Regards

The support in Suiteanswers gives me a chatbot, the forum or calling the support line. I would just like to open a support case like what I used to do in the NetSuite Account Center. Where can I see who I should contact about the Account Manager issue?
-
That field only appears once you save an employee record. Not while you create.
-
The strange thing for me is that I don't find this field anywhere. I trye to search on the toolbar and doesn't show up as a field. I try to edit the custom form where this field shows up and it's also not there. It appears under segmentation and it's clearly not there.

Isn't this altname a native field in employee record?
-
Hi Patrik, I think we figured it out. I was concerned that we couldn't pay different currencies via EFT for the same subsidiary, same GL but that's actually not the case. As long as we add the different currency in the vendor record and setup one bank detail per EFT file then it works. Manuel
-
Thank you Patrik. I am wondering how you reconcile the bank account if you have two different GL's for the same account? I understand that you then have one GL per currency, but I am not sure how that will add up to the same that is in the bank statement, without generating FX differences.
-
Hi Patrik, I don't think so. I read those steps but we want to pay in different currencies using the same subsidiary, same GL Account, different currency and different EFT template.
-
This is perfect, it worked!

Hi Dominica, I am not sure we speak exactly about the same. What would be good is if External ID is always the same as Vendor ID, otherwise we have to do this manually through a CSV import. We need the external ID to be populated to be used for CSV uploads for bills and journal entries. The vendor ID field is not something…

Still not working, but I want the condition on highlighting not on criteria
-
Thank you for your answer, I tried that and doesn't seem to work. I also tried replacing ''F'' by ''No''
-
Apologies for double post, I would also like it to only perform this when the field ''payment hold'' is ''No'' This means that it's a prepayment so it's actually not a problem to show overdue.
-
Hi Dale no I did not engage with ACS. The problem is still there. Our external auditors didn't think it was relevant, but it's still a bit annoying having those transactions in there. Regards, Manuel

Hi Micah, exactly and if someone has feedback about working with them to cover several countries and with the bank feed/SFTP connected to NetSuite.

Hi Clarissa, thanks for replying. Exactly that. So Adjustment period seems to have some issues in what it comes to intercompany. Any other period when I run the elimination it eliminates all intercompany in BS and P&L. But the elimination in December, regarding Adjustment period entries seems to have a defect.
-
Hi Micah, All we need is to clear the aging report. The bank accounts are reconciled.
-
Hi Katerina, Please find my answers below. How it is currently influencing the business and your daily work? - Creates the need to merge vendors and leaves a gap in the vendor ID numbering. How many users are influenced by this? - 5 users How many of new Vendors are created per some specific period? - at the moment…

Last period : Dec-22 Adjustment period : Adjustment 2022 My findings are the following: Posting Intercompany Journals in Adjustment period will always unbalance the elimination of the last period before adjustment (i.e. Dec-22). To see the previous period without adjustments you need to run a filter to remove the…

Dec-22 was zeroed out before we ran the extra elimination of Adjust-22. We deleted any elimination postings of Adjust-22. Intercompany was zeroed out in Nov-22 yes. We have completed all tasks for revaluation and calculated the new consolidated rates. We did all the steps. The elimination still does the same. I re-ran…

Hi there, Giving an update. I found an answer here and it is working fine: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/83033/loc/en_US We actually have another interesting issue though. Now the intercompany elimination is a problem. I have followed other Suiteanswers that explains how you should do it and…

Thank you. I was still wondering if enabling these adjustment features would impact it. I mean would give the possibility to have postings in Adjustment Period without having to manually change them after approved?
-
Thank you for the reply. But I believe that each P&L account should always be Average rate right? So in this case it sounds like the only way would be to open the period and post monthly reclasses.
-
Hi there thank you for the reply. It is a P&L account for Depreciation Expense and we have both General Rate and Cash Flow Rate at Average.
-
It worked. Thank you so much!
-
Thank you for the answer. I think still the doubt we have is wether this is a compliant thing to do. By changing the posting period we are bringing the cost to the previous month in the P&L but also the Accounts Payable and VAT to the Balance Sheet even though it shows up in the VAT report of current month. We are…

Hi there, I should be close but still struggle with it. It doesn't work after this step
