Our sandbox isn't updated for these, but I believe we could refresh them and test this. I found this SuiteAnswer, does this apply here? It seems the elimination entry will never post to more than two decimal places, so cannot eliminate these kinds of accounts entirely above 2 decimal places.…

Hey Patrick, Thanks for the response. Nothing changed after consolidation. I don't know if any errors occurred during the elimination, but I don't see any in the Close Steps screen. There aren't any postings to the elimination account after period close. Please find attached snipit of the consolidated balance sheet.

Wondering why there is a fraction of a penny still not eliminated for this Equity in Subsidiary account on the consolidated balance sheet. When I print the consolidated Balance Sheet to Excel you can see that the 0.00 is actually 0.0017, so it was not fully eliminated. Is this because the eliminating entries are only…

Yes, it does seem like it is a good result. Good to know about the errors in status page, but I was considering it an error or issue if say IC AP didn't = IC AR, resulting in a CTA-E amount at period end after eliminations are run. aha, so you're thinking that the resulting elimination entries are correct? I always assumed that if you see CTA - E results in the elimination process, then there is an error issue that needs to be addressed.
